Return is accepted on an exchange basis only if the item is defected.
If goods should be defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 day from of the receipt for exchange new one.
Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition.
Goods must also be in its original box and packing.
Buyer must email us for exchange to obtain RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Authorization Prior to Returning item.
We will gladly replace the defective item for a new one for free accepted Shipping & handling charges.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Buyers pay for all return shipping & handling fees.
All international sales are final no returns & no refunds.

We only ship to Confirmed addresses to the lower 48 states via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
