Based on a rig delivered to Bohemia, New York, the prototypes of this popular design can be found on the rosters of fire companies all over North America. The model is patterened after a quintuple combination, equipped as both a pumper and a ladder with five functions; pump, on-board booster water supply, hose, aerial ladder and ground ladders. Model is fully assembled and the aerial can be rotated and extended by hand.
